Competing for the first time in 2017 as an amateur natural bodybuilder Sean knows the importance of keeping in shape and eating a balanced diet. And the important role regular exercise and a healthy diet play in managing stress and contributing to a healthy state of mind.
Charitable Donations Policy
To support everyone to live the most mentally healthy lives possible Supply Chain Safety Excellence will donate 1% of one days day rate per project to beyondblue and or the Black Dog Institute (from time to time Supply Chain Safety Excellence may donate to other charities at their discretion or upon request by their clients).
