Sean Minto: Leading By Example at ICN Bodybuilding

At Supply Chain Safety Excellence, we know the important role regular exercise and a healthy diet play in managing stress and contributing to safe and healthy workplaces and lives.

Recently our Director and Principal Consultant, Sean Minto, participated in three amateur iCompete Natural (ICN) bodybuilding competitions while balancing the needs of our clients.

Sean’s hard work and dedication paid off with first placings at each event in the Men’s Bodybuilding 40+ division:

  • ICN North Coast Classic 2019 – 1st place Men’s Bodybuilding 40+
  • ICN Sydney International Super Show 2019 – 1st place Men’s Bodybuilding 40+
  • ICN City National Championships 2019 – 1st place Men’s Bodybuilding 40+

Sean trains at Anytime Fitness which gives him the flexibility to train wherever he travels to meet the needs of our client. In the last 12 months Sean visited 27 different Anytime Fitness gyms in every mainland state and territory of Australia (excluding the ACT).

Not only does Supply Chain Safety Excellence believe in leading by the right example, we also believe in supporting those that need a hand.

Supply Chain Safety Excellence sponsored athlete, professional boxer Blake “The Machine” Minto won his fourth pro title on 22nd June 2019 – the International Boxing Organisation Asia Pacific super lightweight belt. Read the attached article for more details on the fight and Blake’s victory.
